Instruction on How to Add ABN AMRO Card to Apple Pay

ABN AMRO allows its users to link or add their credit or debit card to their Apple Pay account, just like any other financial service provider.

Before attempting to add ABN AMRO card to your Apple Pay account, check to make sure you satisfy the following requirements:

• You are aged 16 or above.

• You have an ABN AMRO personal current account.

• You have installed the latest version of the ABN AMRO app.

• Your device is compatible with Apple Pay.

• You have installed the latest version of iOS, watchOS or macOS on your device.

• You are logged into iCloud through your Apple ID.

• Your phone’s region setting is “the Netherlands”.

• You have registered a correct mobile telephone number with ABN AMRO.

• You have an internet connection.

Once all of the requirements mentioned above have been met you can proceed with the procedures outlined below.

Step 1: Open the ABN AMRO app on your Apple device (iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac)

Step 2: Go to the “Self service” tab.

Step 3: Select the debit or credit card you want to link to Apple Pay.

Step 4: Select the Apple device you want to link to Apple Pay.

Step 5: Confirm your choice and accept the terms and conditions.

You can now use Apple Pay to make payments after following the five steps outlined above.
