How To Change Apple ID Password On iPhone

Follow the steps mentioned below to change your Apple ID password on your iPhone:

1. Open the “Settings” section on your iPhone

2. Tap your name boldly displayed on the upper part of your screen

3. Tap “Password & Security”

4. Now, click “Change Password”

5. Enter your 6 digit phone passcode

6. Enter the new password for your Apple ID

7. Re-enter the new password for verification

8. Then tap the “Change” button located at the top right of your screen

How To Change Apple ID Password On Mac

Follow the steps mentioned below to change your Apple ID password on your Mac:

1. Tap the “Menu” button

2. Click “System Preferences”

3. Tap “Apple ID”

4. Click “Password & Security”

5. Now, click “Change Password”

6. Enter your Mac passcode

7. Enter the new password for your Apple ID

8. Re-enter the new password for verification

9. Then tap the “Change” button

How To Change Apple ID Password On Web

Follow the steps mentioned below to change your Apple ID password on the web:

1. Click here to visit the Apple web interface

2. Tap the ‘Sign In” button 

3. Enter your Apple ID and tap the arrow by its side

4. Enter your current Apple ID password and tap the arrow by its side

5. If you enabled 2FA verification on any of your Apple devices, you’ll be required to tap the Allow button on the message what will be displayed on any of your Apple devices

6. Now enter the 6 digit code displayed on the Apple device you used in tapping allow

7. Tap the “Password” button

8. Enter your current Apple ID password

9. Enter your new password

10. Re-enter your new password for verification

11. Then tap the “Change Password” button
