UBA account balance can be checked using only 4 methods and they are:

1. USSD code

2. Mobile App

3. ATM

USSD Code Method:

The code for checking UBA account balance is *919*00#.

Simply dial *919*00# with the phone number linked to your account. In less than 1 minute, your UBA account balance will be sent to you via SMS.

Kindly note that checking your UBA bank account balance using USSD code is not FREE, it attracts a Balance Enquiry Fee.

Mobile App Method:

To check your UBA bank account balance on your mobile app, simply log into your mobile app by entering your login details; your account balance will be displayed on your screen.

ATM Method:

To check your UBA account balance using ATM, simply visit the closest ATM stand, slot in your UBA debit card, enter your 4 digit PIN, select the account balance/enquiry option and enter your pin to authenticate the transaction. Your account balance will be displayed on the ATM screen.

Leo (UBA’s virtual chat banking agent):

• Visit the UBA website (www.ubagroup.com) and click on the “Chat with Leo” button.

• Start a chat session with Leo by typing in your question or request.

• Ask Leo to “provide your account balance.”

• Leo will respond with your account balance.

Customer Care Method:

This approach is a timely method to use as it requires you to reach out to UBA customer care unit via phone call, email, social media or visitation to the bank.

For phone call, call 0700 225 5822, provide your account number and name and ask that your account balance be mentioned to you.

For email, send an email to cfc@ubagroup.com requesting to know your account balance, remember to include your account number and account name in the email copy.

For social media, you just have to send a direct message to UBA on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn, requesting to know your account number. Also remember to include your account number and account name in the email copy.

Lastly for bank visit, visit the nearest UBA branch to you and ask to speak with a customer care representative, request your account balance. Remember to go along with a note with your account name and number.
