Today, I will be telling you 12 ways you can recharge your MTN sim or line.
1. MTN on Demand by Flutterwave:
Mtn on Demand by Fluterwave is a recharge payment option on Flutterwave that was created to allow MTN users to recharge their sim or line.
Follow the steps mentioned below to use this recharge option;
– Click here to visit MTN on Demand by Flutterwave website or search for MTN on demand by Flutterwave on your web app and visit their website
– You’ll be redirected to a webpage where you’ll have to fill in your Firstname, Lastname, Mobile number and your desired transaction pin (in 4 numbers)
– After filling in all those information, click Sign Up Now
– A One-time password (in 6 alphabets) will be sent to your MTN line for confirmation of identity, check your phone SMS for the message
– Fill in the message in the One-time password column
– Click Validate token
– Enter your preferred amount of airtime to recharge, you’ll be given a transaction reference number immediately
– Click pay now
– You’ll be referred to a page where you’ll enter your card number, Card validity date and CVV number, you also have the option of saving your card details on this payment platform for future transactions, to do that, tick the box that says “remember this card next time”
– Then click on PayNGN AMOUNT
2. USSD code (*904#):
– Dial *904#
– You’ll be presented with two options which are Bank account and Debit card
– If you choose Bank account, you will be presented with options like Buy airtime, Buy data plans and more. Follow through with the steps you’re presented with. Note that this option is available for only Access, Zenith and Fidelity Bank users
– If you choose Debit card, you will also be presented with options like Buy airtime, Buy data plans and more. Follow through with the steps you’re presented with. Note that this option is available for only users with MTN on Demand by Flutterwave card profile .i.e users that have previously set up their MTN on Demand account on Flutterwave payment platform and added their card detail as I mentioned in this article as the first way to recharge your MTN sim
3. MyMTN App:
– Visit Google PlayStore or AppStore as the case may b
– Search for MyMTN app
– Download and install the app
– Click buy airtime and follow through with the steps you’re provided with
4. MyMTN Web:
–Click here to visit MyMTN web address or search for www.mymtn.com.ng/login
– Enter the MTN phone number you’ll like to recharge
– Click proceed
– Click Send OTP
– Enter the OTP sent to your phone
– Click the Airtime button and follow through with the steps you’re provided with
5. MTN ZIGI Chatbox:
Zigi is an online assistant chatbot created by MTN for its users to interact with the brand digitally.
ZIGI is available on WhatsApp, you can easily make your airtime purchase by chatting with ZIGI on WhatsApp.
6. Barter by Flutterwave:
– Visit Playstore or Appstore, as the case may be
– Search, download and install the Barter by Flutterwave app or click here to visit the Web Address

– Enter the recipient phone number

7. Jumia Pay:
– Visit your PlayStore or AppStore to download and create a Jumia pay account or click here to create an account on your web app
– Click recharge airtime
– Click MTN
– Enter recipient phone number, amount to be recharged and click next
– Add your card details and click pay now
8. Kuda Bank:
– Visit your PlayStore or AppStore to download and create a Kuda Bank account, click here to see guidelines on how to create your Kuda Bank account
– Click Payment
– Click Buy Airtime
– Choose MTN
– Enter phone number
– Enter amount
– Confirm your purchase with your transaction PIN, Face ID or fingerprint
9. BillsnPay:
– Click here to visit Billsnpay website or search on your web app
– Click Purchase Airtime
– Enter phone number
– Choose MTN

– You’ll be redirected to Paystack payment platform where you’ll enter your card details (Card number, CVV number and Card validity date)

10. Opay:
As an Opay account user, you can dial *955# to recharge your MTN sim or line.
11. Carbon (Paylater):
As a Carbon (Paylater) account user, you can easily recharge your MTN sim by dialing *1303# or visit the mobile app.
12. Borrow Airtime (*606#):
In case you need airtime urgently and can’t seem to go through all the mentioned steps above due to time, you can dial *606# to borrow airtime then pay later when you can.
