iPhone XR Price in Nigeria (April 2023)

iPhone XR Price in Nigeria (November 2022)

The iPhone XR is one of Apple’s most successful iPhone releases to date. Between 2018 and 2019, it was by far the best-selling iPhone, outselling both the iPhone X and the iPhone XS series.

It was the first iPhone to be positioned as a value proposition, which meant it was significantly less expensive than Apple’s other models (the iPhone XS and iPhone XS Max), and people loved it.

When the iPhone XR was announced back in 2018, it was a game changer for both Apple and many of its users. The XR also brought Apple a large number of new customers, thanks to its significantly lower price.

Since then, Apple has released a number of newer models. To say that a lot has changed since the iPhone XR’s release would be the understatement.

The iPhone XR came in six colors: black, white, blue, yellow, coral (a pink and orange shade), and Product Red. It’s the second iPhone to come in white, yellow, and blue, following the iPhone 5C in 2013.

The iPhone XR had three storage options: 64 GB, 128 GB, and 256 GB. With the release of the iPhone 11 and 11 Pro, the 256 GB version was discontinued; while the iPhone XS was discontinued and replaced by the iPhone 11 Pro, the iPhone XR continued to be sold at a lower price point, with the iPhone 11 succeeding as the “affordable flagship”.

Is iPhone XR Waterproof?

The iPhone XR is not waterproof, but it is water resistant, and you can swim with it without worry, even in salt water.

According to Apple, the iPhone XR can withstand a 1-meter (3-foot) drop for 30 minutes while meeting the IP67 standard. If you drop your phone in a puddle, a shallow pool, or get it wet from rain, it will be fine. However, steam from your bathroom shower is not included in this rating, so keep it away from steam.
