Adding a Digital Ticket
1. Access the email or mobile app associated with the ticket on your iPhone or iPad. For example, if you purchased tickets from Ticketfly, you will receive an email confirmation along with digital copies of your tickets.
a. Digital copies of tickets can typically be found in the “My Events” or “My Tickets” section of the associated app.
b. Digital tickets can also be received through Messages, Safari, AirDrop Sharing, or notifications.
2. Tap the “Add to Apple Wallet” button next to the ticket you wish to add. This button features a wallet icon with multiple cards inside on a black background.
If the button is not visible, you may need to open the ticket file or notification to access it. Ensure that the source of the file is trusted before opening it.
3. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the ticket addition process to your Wallet. You may be prompted to set preferences such as proximity alerts and event location.
a. Proximity alerts can notify you on your lock screen when you are near the venue.
b. Additionally, you can add membership cards to Apple Wallet for added convenience in managing your cards.

Scanning a Physical Ticket
1. Open the Camera app on your device, and position it to capture the QR code or barcode on your physical ticket.
2. Capture the QR code or barcode by taking a picture of it using the Camera app. Supported tickets, such as event or movie tickets, will automatically be added to the Passes section of the Wallet.

Sharing Your Ticket
1. Open the Wallet app and tap on the ticket to view its details.

3. If available, tap “Pass Details” to access additional options.
