Globacom Limited, commonly known as Glo, is a Nigerian telecommunications company that provides mobile and internet services. If you are a Glo subscriber and would like to check your account balance, you can use any of the following methods:
Method 1: Using USSD Code.
1. Unlock your phone and open the phone’s dialer app.
2. Dial *124# on your phone’s dialer. This is the USSD code for checking your Glo balance.
3. Press the call button to initiate the USSD code.
4. Wait for a few seconds for the USSD code to execute.
5. You will receive a message on your phone’s screen displaying your Glo account balance.
Method 2: Sending a Text Message.
1. Unlock your phone and open the messaging app.
2. Create a new text message.
3. In the recipient’s field, enter “127”.
4. Enter “INFO” in the body field.
5. Press the send button to send the message.
6. Wait for a few seconds for the message to be sent.
7. You will receive a message in response containing your Glo account balance.

Method 3: Calling Glo Customer Care
1. Unlock your phone and open the phone’s dialer app.
2. Dial 0805 002 0121 on your phone’s dialer to call the Glo customer care helpline.
3. Press the call button to initiate the call.
4. Wait for the call to connect and for a customer care representative to answer.
5. Request the customer care representative to provide you with your Glo account balance.
6. Provide the customer care representative with any information they may require to verify your identity, such as your name, date of birth, and address.
7. The customer care representative will provide you with your Glo account balance.
Method 4: Checking Balance on Glo Website
1. Unlock your phone or computer and open a web browser.
2. Go to the Glo website by typing “www.gloworld.com” in the address bar and pressing Enter.
3. Navigate to the “Self-Care” or “My Account” section of the Glo website.
4. Log in to your Glo account using your registered email address or phone number and password. If you do not have an account, you may need to sign up or register for one.
5. Once logged in, you should be able to view your Glo account balance on your account dashboard or balance inquiry page.

Method 5: Using Glo Self-Care App
