With any online platform, before you set up your profile and begin uploading content, you typically have to agree to certain terms of service. YouTube is no exception, and the platform has specific community standards that it expects to be met for content to remain posted.

YouTube removes videos that violate its Terms of Service and/or do not adhere to its community standards. All of YouTube’s community guidelines are clearly outlined in their About section, under “Policies and Safety.”

YouTube hosts a wide range of corporate and user-generated content, including music and DIY videos. Along with all of this massive inflow, there are instances where video content that you enjoy or want to watch is deleted for whatever reason. Either the uploading channel deleted the video, or YouTube occasionally deletes videos for breaking any of the platform’s rules, preventing you from watching the video of your choice. Though this is true to some extent, nothing is ever deleted from the internet.
