3. Insert the SIM Ejector Tool or Paperclip: To open the SIM card tray, you’ll need an ejector tool that comes with your iPhone or a small paperclip. Insert the tool or paperclip into the small hole next to the SIM card tray.

4. Eject the SIM Card Tray: Gently push the tool or paperclip into the hole until the SIM card tray pops out slightly.

5. Remove the SIM Card: Carefully pull out the SIM card tray from the iPhone. You’ll find the SIM card placed inside the tray.

6. Take Out the SIM Card: Remove the SIM card from the tray, being cautious not to bend or damage it.

7. Reinsert the SIM Card Tray: If you’ve finished removing the SIM card, push the empty SIM card tray back into the iPhone until it clicks into place.

8. Power On Your iPhone: Power on your iPhone to resume regular functionality.

Note: If you have an iPhone with an eSIM (electronic SIM), there won’t be a physical SIM card tray. Instead, the eSIM can be managed through your iPhone’s settings.

Remember, when removing the SIM card, handle it with care and avoid touching the metallic contacts. Store the SIM card in a safe place, as it contains important data associated with your mobile network.

If you plan to switch to a new SIM card or transfer the SIM to another device, make sure to follow the same steps in reverse to insert the SIM card back into the iPhone securely.
