How to Restore WhatsApp Backup from Google Drive

The purpose of backing up WhatsApp is to produce a replica of the data that can be restored if the original data becomes corrupted. Data can be restored from an earlier point in time and recovered in the event of an unexpected incident thanks to backup copies.

It is necessary to have a copy of the data on a secondary medium to protect against original data loss or corruption.

You may enable the automatic backup function for your chats and set the frequency to daily, weekly, or monthly to save a copy of your chat history on Google Drive. To restore a Google Drive backup properly, you must use the same phone number and Google Account that you used to create the backup.
