7. A recent utility bill (not older than 3 months)

8. A valid identity card (Voters card, National Identity Card, Driver’s licence and Passport)

Bank Visit:

Upgrading your Access bank account when visiting the bank is as easy as walking to an ATM stand to make a withdrawal. Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Walk into any Access bank branch closest to you and ask to be directed to the customer care unit

2. Inform the customer support agent assigned to you that you would like to upgrade your Access bank account, then an account upgrade form will be handed over to you 

3. Fill the form with correct information and submit it with your passport photograph and a photocopy of your utility bill and valid ID card 

After submission, you will be told to wait for a few working days so your upgrade can be reviewed; you should hear from them via email or call in less than 2 weeks.
