Access bank account balance can be checked using only 4 methods and they are:

1. USSD code

2. Mobile App

USSD Code Method:

The code for checking Access bank account balance is *910*00#.

Simply dial *910*00# with the phone number linked to your account. In less than 1 minute, your Access bank account balance will be sent to you via SMS.

Another alternative for checking your Access bank balance using USSD code can be seen below.

1. Dial *910*00#

2. Select option 5 and send

In less than 1 minute, your Access bank account balance will be sent to you via SMS.

Kindly note that checking your Fidelity bank account balance using USSD code is not FREE, it attracts a Balance Enquiry Fee.

Mobile App Method:

To check your Access bank account balance on your mobile app, simply log into your mobile app by entering your login details; your account balance will be displayed on your screen.

ATM Method:

To check your Access bank account balance using ATM, simply visit the closest ATM stand, slot in your Access bank debit card, enter your 4 digit PIN, select the account balance/enquiry option and enter your pin to authenticate the transaction. Your account balance will be displayed on the ATM screen.

Customer Care Method:

This approach is a timely method to use as it requires you to reach out to Access bank customer care unit via phone call, email, social media or visitation to the bank.

For phone call, call 01 280 2500, provide your account number and name and ask that your account balance be mentioned to you.

For email, send an email to contactcenter@accessbankplc.com  requesting to know your account balance, remember to include your account number and account name in the email copy.

For social media, you just have to send a direct message to Access bank on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn, requesting to know your account number. Also remember to include your account number and account name in the email copy.

Lastly for bank visit, visit the nearest Access bank branch to you and ask to speak with a customer care representative, request your account balance. Remember to go along with a note with your account name and number.
