Steps On How To Create A Jumia Pay Account

1. Visit Google Playstore, search, download and install the Jumia Pay app

2. Open the app, then locate and click the “Sign In” button positioned at the top left of your screen

3. Enter your email address

4. Click the “Create Account” button underneath the Next button in colour orange

5. Enter your preferred choice of password (Tip: Use a password that comprises of Upper and Lowercase, alphabet, symbol and number of a higher level of security)

6. Enter your First name

7. Enter your Middle name

8. Enter your Last name

9. Tap the “Create Account” button

10. Now, enter your phone number then click ‘Next”

11. Enter the 6 digit verification code sent to the phone number you entered then click ”Next”

12. Add your card details and submit

Instruction On How To Get A Loan On Jumia Pay App

After you have successfully created your Jumia Pay account, you can now proceed to request a loan by following the steps mentioned below:

1. Visit the Jumia Pay app 

2. Scroll down to locate the “Financial Services” section and click “Loan”

3. Tap the “Get A Loan” Button and submit

4. Enter your loan amount and tenor, then submit

5. Select the bank account the loan amount will be going to and submit

6. Your loan amount will be paid into your account in less than 5 minutes.
