How To Make Carrot Oil With Storage Method
Step 1: Rinse your carrot thoroughly with clean water
Step 2: Scrap the external part of your carrot with a knife to reveal a cleaner surface
Step 3: Rub peel your carrots onto a grater to chop them into smaller pieces
Step 4: Pour your chopped carrots into an airtight container and add the appropriate amount of oil
Step 5: Store the oil and carrot mixture for 2 weeks
Step 6: After 2 weeks, pour your oil and carrot mixture into a sieve or strainer to separate the oil from the carrot chunks

How To Make Carrot Oil With Frying Method
Step 1: Rinse your carrot thoroughly with clean water
Step 2: Scrap the external part of your carrot with a knife to reveal a cleaner surface
Step 3: Rub peel your carrots onto a grater to chop them into smaller pieces
Step 4: Turn on your gas or stove and place your frying pan on it
Step 5: Pour the appropriate quantity of oil into the pan
Step 6: Now, pour in your chopped carrots and fry on very low heat until the oil takes the colour of the carrots
Step 7: Turn off the heat and allow the fried mixture to cool
Step 8: After the oil cool, pour the mixture into a sieve or strainer to separate the oil from the carrot chunks
