3. Habanero pepper (rodo)

5. Red bell pepper (tatashe)

Basic Preparation Before Cooking Starts
1. Wash your meat thoroughly to remove blood and dirt, then cut into smaller pieces
2. Cut your red bell pepper and habanero (tatashe and rodo) into smaller pieces or blend with a grater
3. Chop your onions into smaller chunks

Steps On How To Cook Pepper Soup With Scent Leaf
1. Pour your washed meat into a pot
2. Add seasoning, salt, thyme, nutmeg and onions
3. Lit your gas or stove and place your pot of meat on it
4. After 2 minutes, add some water (the measurement of water added should be according to the quantity of meat)
5. After 20 minutes, add your black pepper
6. After another 20 minutes, add your blended pepper
7. Then also add your washed scent leaves
8. Add little salt, then leave to heat for 10 minutes
9. After 10 minutes, your pepper soup made with scent leaf is ready to be served
