Steps On How To Make Fenugreek Oil

Follow the steps mentioned below to make your fenugreek oil:

1. Sundry your fenugreek seed to keep them free from any form of moisture

2. Pour the seeds into a dry mill or blender, blend to powder form and set aside

3. Place your double boiler pot on your gas or stove

4. Fill the bottom pot with 1 or 2 inches of water

5. Add the top pot and place your olive oil on it

6. Then lit your gas or stove on medium heat and allow to heat for 7 to 10 mins

7. After 7 mins, turn off the heat and take out the olive oil

8. Now, pour the heated olive oil into your fenugreek powder, mix with a spoon or spatula and set aside for 48 hours

9. After 48 hours, strain the mixture with a strainer or cheesecloth to extract your fenugreek oil
